What are your operating hours?
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. We're closed on Sundays. However, we can accommodate special arrangements for families with non-standard schedules.
Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes, we offer trial sessions for all our services. This allows both you and your child to get comfortable with our care before making a longer commitment.
What qualifications do your staff have?
All our childcare providers have relevant qualifications in childcare and early years education, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3. They also hold current DBS checks, pediatric first aid certification, and regular safeguarding training.
How do you handle dietary restrictions or allergies?
We take allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss any special requirements your child has, and we ensure all staff are fully informed and trained to handle these needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid charges. For regular bookings, we have a more detailed policy that we'll share during the registration process.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Yes, we accept all major childcare vouchers and are registered with the government's Tax-Free Childcare scheme.
