Service Booking

Services can be booked through our Website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Fees and Payments

Our service fees are as listed on our Website or as specified in individual service agreements. All fees are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of booking for one-time services or as specified in service agreements for regular bookings. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and childcare vouchers.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• For regular bookings: 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations to avoid charges.
• For one-time bookings: 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund.
• For emergency childcare: Due to the nature of this service, no refunds are available once the service has been confirmed.
• For holiday care: 7 days' notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund.

In cases of illness or emergency, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional fees. For regular service agreements, persistent late payments may result in termination of services.

Our Responsibilities

EA. CHILDCARE SERVICES LTD is responsible for:

• Providing safe, high-quality childcare services
• Ensuring all staff are properly qualified, vetted, and trained
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
• Complying with all relevant laws and regulations
• Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of families we serve

Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their child(ren)
• Informing us of any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions
• Ensuring their child(ren) are collected on time
• Making timely payments for services
• Treating our staff with respect and courtesy
• Providing necessary supplies (e.g., diapers, formula, change of clothes) as required

Termination by EA. CHILDCARE SERVICES LTD

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• The safety of a child, other children, or our staff is at risk
• There is a breach of these Terms of Service
• Fees remain unpaid after multiple reminders
• False or misleading information has been provided
• The parent/guardian behaves in an abusive or threatening manner

Termination by Parent/Guardian

Parents/guardians may terminate services at any time, subject to the notice periods specified in their service agreement or our standard cancellation policy.

For regular bookings, we typically require two weeks' notice for termination of services. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details.

Insurance

EA. CHILDCARE SERVICES LTD maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA. CHILDCARE SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service during which an incident occurred, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or labor disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
